TOKYO, Sept 5 (Reuters) – Japanese household spending in July rose 1.4% from a year earlier, internal affairs ministry data showed on Friday, short of the median market forecast for a 2.3% rise.On a seasonally adjusted, month-on-month basis, spending increased 1.7%, versus an estimated 1.3% rise.
