We received various valuable inputs, and, in general, they appreciated all the initiatives we have carried out. What they are looking for is consistency,” Dewi said here on Monday.Speaking at a press conference following the periodic meeting of the Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK), she said OJK and the Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs) had assured various global investors of their commitment to consistently and systematically implement programs under the Action Plan for the Acceleration of Indonesia's Capital Market Integrity Reform.She added that OJK would also follow up on areas requiring improvement in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.”We conveyed that we are committed to consistently advancing integrity reforms in the capital market, particularly in terms of enforcement,” Dewi said.On the occasion, she outlined several key agendas under the action plan, including a phased increase in the minimum public shareholding (free float) requirement to 15 percent.The reform agenda also includes disclosing share ownership data for holdings exceeding 1 percent and strengthening monitoring of High Shareholding Concentration (HSC), or concentrated share ownership.In addition, OJK plans to provide Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) data by enhancing disclosure of the identities of issuers' ultimate beneficial owners, with greater granularity across up to 39 investor-type classifications.Furthermore, the Stock Exchange will undergo a demutualization process aimed at strengthening corporate governance, reducing conflicts of interest, and broadening ownership and investment opportunities.
